Hello Lovelies!

Today I have a fun Halloween tutorial to share! My annual Halloween Series is in full swing and I created some Halloween Artist Trading Coins!

Scroll for tutorial below!

I watercolored these Stampotique Original stamped images with the Tombow Dual Brush Pens. I then went over the images with the Tombow TwinTone Markers to add shadowing and accentuate certain areas. See below for a full supplies list!

My Second Pocket Letter Tutorial

Hello Lovelies!

I'm back today with another pocket letter share! this is my second pocket letter and tutorial and i am having a blast making them!

I won't go into too much detail except this pocket letter was made for a special friend who shared with me something she handmade so i wanted to give back something handmade and added one of my Bracie Designs bracelets! I think it's such a cool way of giving a gift like this.

Here is the video!

And here are some still shots!

"Pretty In Pink" ATC Share

Hello Lovelies,

Today I wanted to share some ATCs I made for an instagram swap i joined. We had to make 10 (!) ATCs and the theme was "our style". I thought this would be a challenge for me because A) i never made that many ATCs for a swap before and B) i never made that many of the SAME ATC before. All the ATCs i've ever made were different. But, as it turned out, it was relatively simple for me. I decided a way to mass produce everything in stages and it worked.

 These 2 are my favorites

I won't go into too much detail on how i made these ATCs because I cover it all in my video down below:

I also made these ATCs with the idea of entering last week's Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge but i missed the due date. Fortunately for me the theme this week is pink, black, and white so I can enter these babies for this week's challenge (score!).

That's it for me. I will be back soon with a Midori Traveller's Notebook post on why I chose to go this route for 2015.

Hope to see you again!

Time Warp ATC Swap {Stampotique}

Hello Lovelies,

Hope everyone is having a great Friday! Today will be a good day for me because the wait is finally over…. Veronica Mars the Movie is finally out today and I can't wait to watch it!! Even if that means I have to go alone, never did that before but it should be fun.

As you may know, I have a love for Stampotique Originals stamps and on their Facebook page they host ATC swaps. I recently discovered this and was immediately interest in participating. They have some amazingly talented people on there and I would love to receive an ATC from one of them.

The theme for this ATC swap is "time warp" inspired by my favorite movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!!! How amazing is that!! I was so excited to participate.

{Can you guess which stamps are doing the time warp?}

I had to use my favorite colors on this one, purple and magenta (which is alway my favorite character from the movie!)

Want to see how this bad boy came to life? Watch this!

I am also a part of a personal Rocky Horror swap with someone on the Facebook group and I get to use my Octopode Factory RHPS stamps! So excited! Will post that once I'm done.

Peace out!
Serena

Stay Creepy

Hi Ghoulies!

I'm here today with a ATC share. I am part of a swap with my friend Crystal and we decided to make creepy ATCs for each other. This is the one I made for her. I will be entering it in the Stampotique ATC Challenge . I am also entering it in the recent Simon Says Stamp Challenge which is to use a rubber or clear stamp. And in the Wicked Wednesday ATC challenge blog the theme this week is cute and creepy, how perfect is that! I am also entering it at Paper Issues Halloween link up Giveaway!

I made the background using 3 different colors of Silks Acrylic Glaze and made the black and white border using sharpies and pens.

I used Stampotique's Mothloved By Daniel Torrente.

 I then added some wood veneers that I colored in black and added some black glitter.

Thanks for stopping by!
