Exploding Heart Art Journal Page Ft. Golden High Flow Acrylics

Hello Lovelies,

The other day I sat down and worked on an art journal page using my new Golden High Flow acrylics and I wanted to play around with them and see what they could do. I had a lot of fun working on this page, so much so that I didn't even notice when my purple High Flow spilled all over my desk and wall. I spent over an hour cleaning everything up and trying to save as much paint as I could. I managed to save a little less than half, ugh it breaks my heart. And I just got them the day before!

Here are some pictures of my page (process video is down below)

I loved letting the ink move freely. I used one of my faux-gelli prints as the background (click the link to learn more!)

And here is a video of my process:

DIY Canvas Wall Art: Turn a Tote Bag into Wall Art

Hello Lovelies,

I have a new home decor DIY to share with you today!
I had bought this canvas tote bag back in December 2013 and it was just in my room collecting dust. I had only used it  twice to carry my laptop around when I went out, but I was not getting enough use of it. Then it hit me, I should turn it into wall art for my room!

I have a video tutorial up on my channel which I will have posted below, but before let's take a look at the canvas wall art:

With no further ado here is the video Tutorial!

hop you enjoyed my home decor DIY! If you try it out please let me know!

Have a great weekend,

Serena

Cupcake Wishes Card

Hello Lovelies,

Today I have a quick card share post. I made this birthday card for my friend's birthday and I used Lawn Fawn stamps and a digital image from The Octopode Factory.
If you want to see how this card was created, I have a tutorial on my youtube channel.

Here are some pictures.

I am entering this card over on the Simon Says Challenge Blog. They are celebrating their 5th anniversary and giving away an awesome prize.

Thanks for stopping by!
