Today I have a special post for you all. I'm going to be sharing my completed birthday mini album I made.
For my 26th birthday I did a lot of fun and amazing things so I wanted to document it in a mini album.
I used the Heidi Swapp wood album and I have fun working in it.
Here are some pictures of all the pages in my mini.
I mainly used Maggie Holmes' Project Life mini kit for background papers and I used a variety of different embellishments. I tried to use the same ones throughout my album to keep it cohesive. I should mention that these pictures were taken with my iphone so they may not be the best quality.
For the cover I sprayed it with Dylusions Crushed Grape and added some highlights with Dylusions Bubblegum Pink mist sprays. I used a clear pocket and added some birthday confetti that I collected from my actually party and put them inside the pocket. I then added it to the inside of the album so that it would show through the heart opening on the cover.
I really love how this page turned out!
The day after my birthday I celebrated with my friends and we went out for some yummy dessert!
I ended the album with another selfie picture of me. I wanted to do some journaling about my thoughts and feelings about my birthday so I added a washi tape hinge under the photo and did my journaling there.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope you enjoyed this peek into my mini album. I enjoyed making it and I love all the colors.
Serena
