Wishy Washi

Today I would like to talk about my washi tape addiction. As most of you may know, washi tape is a kind of decorative Japanese masking tape that have many various uses. You can use washi tape for packaging, crafting, scrapbooking, altering certain items, and for pretty much anything you can think of. They are even cute for decorating wedding invites or place cards etc. So one can see how easily it is to become addicted. The adorable prints don’t hurt either!

Lately, I have been having lots of fun using washi tape in my smash journal layouts, on cards, and in different unconventional ways, for example, I made confetti hearts using some of the blue cloud tape on a card I made.
I'd like to share a photo of my washi tape collection thus far.

Aren't they fun! I absolutely love the blue cloud tape and find myself reaching for it in a lot of my projects. I am also in love with these three new sets I purchased off of an Etsy store called WishyWashiTape. The owner is super nice and shipping was fast. Here is a picture of my new washi rolls:

I love love love these floral prints so much! And that black and white stripe tape is my favorite, it reminds me of Beetlejuice!

I was also thinking about making a video series on my YouTube channel called "Fun with Wasi Tape" and show various ways I use my washi tape. But that will probably have to wait until I receive my tripod I ordered on Ebay.

Well, thanks for stopping by.

Peace & Love,
Serena
